Research:

• My Postdoctoral research work at the Catholic university of Leuven, Belgium (KU Leuven).
• My Ph.D. thesis work in the Sino French joint laboratory in computer science, control and applied mathematics (Beijing, China) "3D Segmentation, application to the extraction of pore network and to the hydrodynamic characterization of soils" (pdf in French, 3.93MB).

Software:

• EasyTomo A simulator for X-Ray Tomograph (CT or SPECT).
• PorousAnalyzer A standalone version of DXSoil for Windows.
• DXSoil A 3D image analysis library for OpenDX to analyze volume soil images and compute hydraulic properties. (Comming soon)
• DXScm A library for OpenDX to add Jaffer's SCM as a loadable module and use scheme to conduct simulation. (Comming soon)
